• Building a centralized License and Subscription Management Platform that serves as the single source of truth for multiple internal software products.
• Designed and implemented backend systems for subscription plans, license lifecycle management, feature access control, and product-level license validation.
• Modeled and enforced complex organizational hierarchies including company, distributor, channel partner, and customer relationships.
• Developed secure admin interfaces and system workflows to configure plans, allocate licenses, and govern access across the entire product ecosystem.
